The illustrations are vivid and the message is clearly laid out. It's a gentle story about how the giants are destroying the forest and making the animals unhappy, the animals ask greta to help them, she feels so sad she comes up with an idea to try make the giants change their ways. sadly political interests have moved from pandering to veterans to exploiting children. This book is wonderful and is one of my children's current favourites.

This beautifully illustrated book does an exceptional job of putting environmentalism in a context that is much easier for kids to understand. I love that it is inspired by Greta Thunberg and even provides actionable steps for kids (and parents) to follow to do their part to combat climate change.

additionally standing with signs and protesting ultimately does little to cause change. The giants see the error of their ways and stoop, becoming nice people again. My 5 year old really enjoyed it and it was a great way to start a conversation about what she can do to make a difference.

giants (unthinking adults) are destroying the environment including the woods were Greta and the animals live. The story has a happy ending, the concept and morals of the story is definitely relevant and essential for the next generation to learn about in a gentle and proactive way. I would skip the deification of Greta Thunberg though.
