My youngest is 10 and he can now make his own hot drinks. Simply fill and leave to boil then set temperature you require. The shipped item doesn’t have the dispensing lever on the righthand side as per the marketing picture.

We bought this for the local hospital, as they only had a HUGE broken Birko. With this dispenser the water is kept just off the boil, which gives you instant hot water at the top setting. Carers come in throughout the day and love ❤ it. I don't know how energy efficient it is but it's definitely costing less than the kettle to use.

This is my second Thermopot, I bought it to replace the first one which had a problem with the lid. Hot water 💧 always on tap. It is still within the 12 months guarantee period.

Absolutely love this product, keeps warm only fill once a day and permanent hot water Works but quality a bit lacking. Last week I noticed there is a crack in the front, I don’t know if it is evident on the photo. I don’t think it will cause a leak, but I am concerned.

Please can you help? Only problem is I have been drinking too much coffee since I purchased this! I have shoulder problems and slight arthritis in my hands and find it so much easier to use than a kettle.

Time will tell how long it lasts. I love it I had a smaller one and after photo cups you have to fill it up again but with this one I can fill it up a lot of t's I can feel the panel of boiling water to do pasta boiled eggs poached eggs so in the end it just save on electric I find it easier to use I haven't got much you see me left hand Amy Wright and give way so if you got arthritis or any mobility problems with your hands it's a perfect thing and the water stays warm I can go back in 2030 minutes when they can still make a cup of tea not water happily on the maximum heat it goes to and it sees stable hotter longer well worth the money at first I thought it was expensive but when I got it home and started using it it's well worth the money Basingstoke it does not drip when you press the button and you let go it stops and no water drips where the other ones do do this one doesn't it's perfect especially if you've got young children there's no Steam flying out there's no hot water whether can bits cold himself goodbye would recommend it to anybody thank you Amazon because any thing that doesn't sound right it's because I'm talking into my phone and it doesn't always understand me keep safe My only advice, there's five of us so I probably should have got the 5lt one so I wouldn't have to refill as often but other than that I'm delighted. Saying that, I have had no problems with it so far.
