I use to try everything on her to guess what is wrong. I am raising my baby on my own almost as my partner works away from home and we are not blessed with family to help.

Please read the book and read her book with sleeping problems where she explains the psychology of sleep and you will understand how important sleep is especially for babies! At 7 am I am actually missing my baby and can't wait to see her! OH MY GOD ! Now, almost 1 year since I've started I am looking at those videos and gosh .

I used to video her to show the doctors and the midwifes and to ask what was wrong , why is she crying for. Insightful. At 7 I can have dinner with my partner child free! I am writing this review while having a latte and relaxing while she is sleeping (photo attached) At 14:45 I have made an appointment with a friend to have a play date, I will come at 4:30 and start dinner to be ready at 5 and at 7 she will be sleeping.

So I took Gina Ford's books and I will never go back. I fed her on demand, slept with her so she can breast feed during the night and when she cried . Thank you Gina Ford ! And just to tell you, she NEVER cried when we started the routine !
