It is only rated 2. The oven comes with a fitted plug which means I had it up and running in about 5 minutes.

? + Comes with many different oven settings, for a variety of cooking preferences but many that I may never use. !

(Apologies for poor photo) + Comes with a 2 year manufacturer warranty. Only wish it did not have mirror like part where the brand is displayed, I prefer it was black like rest of the oven, see photo.

Don't know if it cleans well yet, haven't had it long enough. Cooks really well. Very good quality
