Other than this the appliance performs wonderfull ,it s been used on a daily basis. -for this minus one star . That it also comes with 2 bottles for only £18 is amazing.

It blends up most things very well including frozen fruit, although I'm yet to try ice cubes in it. I love this blender, it's the second I've bought as my flatmate wanted one too. Bu as you can see from my photos, it barely takes up any counter space, is easy to use and most importantly doesn't break the bank. I mainly make a avocado smoothie with 100g of avocado and 300 ml of water.

I used it for smoothies, lemonade, marinades, sauces, ice-cream mixture, etc. Blender came with the wrong base. So handy to take with me and drink on way to work. Call Breville, and after a few back and forth calls, and 2 weeks waiting for the post, you will get a new blender.

I was once like you, seeing this £20 blender thinking "will this rival my wealthy friends nutri bullet? Today I actually made myself a coffee and put the milk in a blend active bottle and whizzed it up to make frothy milk for my coffee! . The blade just needs rinsed under the tap and that's it, really easy, minimal clean up.

I'm eating more fruit than ever, feel great and even lost a few lbs. I've had this for about a month now and I absolutely love it. I know it’s an inanimate object but it is very compact up to the point of cuteness.
