The AIR FRY function, a paragon of health-conscious gastronomy, tantalizes taste buds with the promise of crispy textures using minimal oil. If you take out the bottom grill to allow more room to rise the base will be very soft/undercooked, so take it out of the tin and flip upside down for the last 10 minutes of cooking time to get an even bake. I use the dehydrate function first for just 10 minutes to warm up the basket then turn it off before putting the dough in. The depth of the basket is 14cm without the grill and 12cm with it in.

If you let it rise too much in the tin it gets close to the element and you get a little burnt patch at the very top, oops. The media could not be loaded. Perfect results every time. I bought this a few weeks ago and we have used it non stop.
