. I cannot imagine anybody not enjoying this story, it's suitable for all! I read the book "The Beast of Buckingham Palace " It is a fabulous book with alot of suspense,action and heroism.

Not somthing I will want to be giving as a gift. Thank you A little dissappointed with the book been covered in marks and dents as I was under the impression I was buying new. I feel it's okay for 12-13 year old, Starting feels avarage but THEN STARTS THE ADVENTURE!

i find it difficult to find my11 year old boy books he is interested in but so far this author has not failed to delivery. My son loves it. When the old ladies where fighting the guards with ancient weapons, it made me laugh. This book is wonderful!

Another fantastic book by David W. I liked it when Alfred became king. 😱,it becomes sad at the end feels magnificent. Easy to read to for my 6 year old at bedtime

Fast delivery. I would love to give this a 5 star rating. There are some beautiful lessons about friendship, loyalty and bravery, with an enjoyable sprinkling of real history which I particularly loved. At the start it’s a little boring but then it just gets interesting and you want to keep reading on and on to find out what happens next.
