My main suprise was the gasket isn't a pain to clean like I thought it would be. An unexpected bonus was that the 'snap shut' lid means no bubbling/spitting water makes it past the lid, so there's no mess clean to clean up. Mine came with a cracked measuring cup, but after contacting the seller, I am being sent a replacement. It takes 15-20 minutes to make 150g of rice (based on the included measure), makes almost no noise, doesn't leave a mess, and the non-stick inner pot is easy to clean.
