This aspect is the main factor in giving the product a 4/5. I love experimenting and playing with makeup. Applying just a little bit to a cotton pad or cleansing cloth goes a long way.

While Neutrogena uses lighter, less viscous synthetic silicones, including Cyclohexasiloxane and Cyclopentasiloxane, to replace heavier oil components commonly found in traditional eye makeup removers, the silicones still impart that slippery/lubricated feeling characteristic of many makeup removers. While I appreciate this light and conditioned feeling I get after using Neutrogena's Eye Makeup Remover, the thinner viscosity of the silicones, compared to oils, also result in me having to use a larger amount of the product, applied for a longer amount of time, in order to achieve complete makeup removal.
