So far I cooked three as you can see on the pictures and I look forward to trying more. I was a little hesitant first because it is not my regular type of cooking, but these recipes were easy to understand and tasted great from start. I would wholeheartedly recommend this book to anyone who enjoys cooking and eating good food.

The recipes are simple but PACKED with flavour. Every single one has come out absolutely delicious - not had a bad one yet! Meera Sodha is a genius. This is a great book, easy to understand and giving a bit of spark back into vegetarian diet.

Great recipes with most ingredients being easily accessible. Since then, we have discovered so many favourite recipes: miso brownies, tomato curry, pumpkin malai kari, food court Singapore noodles, sprout nasi goreng.

There are helpful suggestions for ingredient substitutions throughout as well. I bought several cookbooks last year and this is the one I use the most. I do very much recommend this book.
