The error in the instructions only relates to the missing label on the screws on the seat, otherwise I could not identify any further errors. Some screws are missing. I have found the chair very stable, quite comfortable and excellent as a small step ladder, my main purpose for buying it. Since I ordered this chair for my mother, it was not returned.

So to sum up: it's a usable chair, easily works as a ladder on carpets or on a rug of some sort, however, assembly manual has been simplified a little too much. I did it eventually on my own but care and careful reading are necessary before starting the assembly, took me about an hour. There are only two things which need to be highlighted as negatives.

Despite these two points, overall I am very pleased with the purchase and it is so useful to me now. Ordered on Sunday, received on Tuesday.
