Our cat liked it very much. I loved this book as a child (and even have my own Sid as a 31 year old! She has been on a diet and is now less chonky.

She lives with 8 humans and was also getting too many dinners. Granted, the illustrations aren't modern or bold like most children's books nowadays, but they are beautifully done nonetheless.
