The media could not be loaded. Date best before 02/2025! If you are new to creatine, I would recommend just sticking to 3g a day and not intake a lot of creatine for a faster loading phase. really good product, but its too expensive it is understandable as now creatine prices are getting higher and higher.

Unflavoured is better, but taste really bad, so I'm mixing with dissolve tablet vitamin C or with sweeteners. I bought it to help with my strength gains, take it consistently and be sure to stay hydrated throughout the day and you will see results.
