No more balancing a bag on the stairs! You couldn't fail to be delighted with this product. As for an air tight seal "Hermetically sealed to keep food fresher for longer" would think there was a lot of marketing team tongue in cheek when that promise was made! Many thanks

Ideal for storing our dogs food. I could only hope that they had cat designs - we had to find a way to ensure that our cat doesn't get suspicious, hence the fix (see images). It comes with a large scoop, but I don't really need it since cats don't eat a lot. We were specifically looking for an airtight container for our cat's dry food to keep it fresher since we buy large bags.

I took note of the other complaints regarding the easy access lid too. It is a bit flimsy for the money. Not used in anger yet, awaiting puppy's arrival!

Functionality-wise, it is perfect for our needs. The catch on the lid was very stiff initially and took a 2 handed effort but after a few days it loosened and now opens easily with 1 hand. not so careful use, maybe a year or two at a push. Its Slender & Neat.

It fits perfectly beneath a shelf in my kitchen and wheels out in a jiffy at feeding time saving scuffs to the flooring. The initial options we found were quite pricey, and most of the container within this budget wasn't airtight, so this was perfect. Having worked out how to 'safely' operate it, without breaking the plastic clip, I resorted to putting labels on it to show where to press down to open AND close!
