Excellent bit of kit, does all it should do, and well! Going to use it for night reading and walking the dogs with my family! I was sceptical at first, but after using it as a test for most of the day, I can honestly say that I didn’t know how much I needed it.

Great brightness, I like how the temperature can be changed. I've got inoperable cataracts and I love sewing and colour and my vision is bad, even with 4 pairs of glasses I was struggling to enjoy my hobbies. One more point: For those who have difficulty concentrating on reading or writing, you can push these two lights pretty close together and everything beyond your book, or writing page (elsewhere, in the room) goes dark and concentrating on the reading/writing is so, so much easier! Puzzling and colouring in tonight!

This lightweight, ultra-handy device will put an end to having to get out of bed to turn off the main light, after - this is the good bit - reading, writing, knitting, crocheting, craftwork, model-making. The 2 lights at the end of those limbs have 3 settings: on LOW, on MEDIUM and on HIGH. Other lamps are also dark and not good enough to read in. I saw some reviews mentioning how the light caught fire, so I was keeping a close eye on it.
