This book provides a brief history of Psilocybin, safety nets for tripping, and identification knowledge out of every pore. Overall, I am incredibly happy with this book!

I am very impressed, honestly a must buy for any level mycologist also book arrived in perfect condition! My other guides are great, but they omit any of the Psilocybes, and where's the fun in that?

It also has an interesting history of these mushrooms and their usage, which is an enjoyable read on it's own. It will be a great gift! If you do read this book, I GUARANTEE that you will be craving more knowledge after. Luckily, he also provides a bunch of sources, mycologists, and books that are certainly worth checking out.

Happy Hunting! The pictures are decent and in color, though not perfect.

10/10 exactly what I wanted This book is a MUST HAVE for beginner mycologists, those that want to be able to tell these incredible fungi apart from their potentially lethal counterparts. In the chapter "Major Psilocybin Genera" and onward have these identification pages (see figure 3) that are so dense with facts, and features as well as a nice picture.
