The only problem was that after I got it on, I realized it was stuck to my braces. I ponied up more $$ for this mouth guard because I wanted something better than the cheap, thick plastic, moldable mouthguards I have purchased on Amazon. It took me about 4 times to get the fit right and as you can see the right and left side are a little lopsided but it is covering the most important part so no harm no foul.

I just received my Sova mouthgaurd and so this review will be based on how easy it was to mood to my mouth. By the time I got the final piece off of the very front of my teeth, I had to stick my face in a bowl of hot water, hold my breath, and swish hot water to the front of my mouth with my tongue. Labeling.

My current one broke and before spending hundreds of dollars with my dentist, I decided to first try a DIY mouth guard. I have a wide jaw and before placing it in my mouth I had to widen it and I shaped it three times before finding the ideal shape.

6 mm, it is light but robust and pleasant to the touch and the holes help to dispose of saliva. And not sure what the black stuff is in the case, but I did actually boil the night guard for a few seconds so will also sterilize the case. Worn with a thickness of only 1.
