The Derwent Pencil Extender set is a must have product for anyone who owns pencils. Feels good in hand when sketching, but not preferable for writing. The pack contains two different sized extenders and between them they fit most sized pencils.

The bigger one of the two (also shown in the photograph) is perfect for Coloursofts, just like Derwent claim. I can honestly say that none of my pencils have broken at the ends with an M+R sharpener. Conte paris pencil was a little big to be fitted in the extenders so I rubbed the back of the pencil with sand papers a little and it fitted right in.

As others say, the paint is somewhat bald, but if you think of buying expensive colored pencils frequently, it will not be a problem at all. Really does what it says. It does not weigh anything and it adapts perfectly to the fingers, without leaving marks or being uncomfortable after hours of use As you can see from the photo I've uploaded, you can continue to sharpen and use your pencils until there's only about an inch left of them!
