Good luck to you and hopefully this machine can be of use to you and your needs as I know it is of benefit for me. Came with great Duracell batteries which was really makes the price point hard to beat.

This would not happen if they used a gold connector (shame on them). I'm not sure how long the layer of oil lasts, but I'd like to believe that it helps to prolong the need for another cleaning.

I have seen a couple of ENT specialist and undergone various tests. Life saver! Being an "all in one" type device it is also a little restrictive in how you can position your head and lean as the machine itself has t o remain upright to ensure that all the liquid is used when it is running. I have looked to add various other liquids to that solution to help my condition.

Also I only use povidone iodine if I am experiencing an infection, again good bacteria up the nostrils is needed to keep things in balance. The flexibility of the wand and its capacity is great, but it costs so much more. I would be wary about doing this too often, when I’m in a bad way I might increase this up to three times in a day at most, as over use might lead to producing excessive mucous. Overall, I would highly recommend as it was definitely money well spent for me.

If you are coming from using a neli pot or one of those hand held devices (in my opinion better than a neli pot) then this might work out well for you. I know that I have mentioned it but it is important not to use tap water but to use pre-boiled and cooled water, due to possible infections. After using the device for a couple of weeks, this will be taken with me when I’m on trips etc, I can appreciate what a damn good job it does and how effective it is. I've had to disassemble these devices several times each over the past 3 years.

There is a good and bad reason for this. As other reviewers have noted, this device has the tendency to stop working after a few weeks or months.

Ok, now the BAD reason why I've purchased three of these. I have posted several photos for you to see, also standing next to my electric (£120) Sinupulse irrigation machine. Also, the team who sell these are fantastic. I will probably order it again in the future unless another company comes out with something better.
