Unfortunately, I have no such praise for the cheap, profit-driven printing job that FSG has forced on the author and his readers who make the mistake of purchasing the paperback edition. I deeply regretted the purchase and returned to my Kindle Edition within a day or two.
. and bear in mind that this biography relies on the author's dogged and extensive research that is, in itself, of great interest to anyone who wishes to read this book. Should you wish to read those notes, best to purchase a magnifying glass, as they are "poured" onto the page as a block of 55 lines per page in 8 pt. font.
25," with 4X7" allotted for actual words pressed into 40 lines per page in 10 pt font. This is NOT a 6"X9" trade paperback, as it deserves to be. Brilliant book and a splendid achievement on the part of the author.
