I used it with 30 vol water and before that I had used a single application of Color Out Level to remove a previous dye. Leave to work for about 30-40 minutes. I mixed 8/34 1:1 with 9/04 so that it doesn't get so “dark” and then again 1:1 with 9% Welloxone because my natural hair color is brown.
