However the hopper is made of thin plastic and does not have the heft of quality. If I was drinking espresso only, the Sette 30 would have been better. It produces consistent grinds. Received product undamaged and on time.

UPDATE: After googling how to open the case, I was able to pry it apart with only minor scratches. The bin it grinds into is plastic and as the grinds pour in they cling to the edge with static. I am SO glad we did. It’s not too loud, easy to clean and grinds very well.

When you remove the bin they fall all over the counter and I’m constantly cleaning all around it with every use. This also added to the noise needed to produce ground coffee.
