Rating 5 stars = Love It. I wonder why his spouse and personal life were not important enough to mention? Little David Attenborough grew up in Leicester on the campus of a university, where his father was a professor. My son absolutely adored the story of David Attenborough.

Boxed gift sets allow you to collect a selection of the books by theme. That book covered her personal life and marriage. The only other Little People book I've read is Mary Shelley. Other than the missing personal details, this book is nice.

Little People, BIG DREAMS is a best-selling series of books and educational games that explore the lives of outstanding people, from designers and artists to scientists and activists. Very good age appropriate biography of David Attenborough. The touch and sounds within the environment, the chance to meet and understand animals in their own environment. The hardcover versions present expanded stories for beginning readers.

The story is very appealing and will be enjoyed by both parent and child. The board books are told in simple sentences, perfect for reading aloud to babies and toddlers. I had never heard of the Little People, BIG DREAMS series prior to reading this book. It's hard cover is high quality.

These would be worth collecting and reading the series. This is an inspiring biography and as with others in the series, it shows the unique interests of a person and how it was nurtured to grow them into a person who did great things and became famous in adulthood. Apparently there are many more books in this series, some picture books and even some board books.

This is a bit long for a typical 4 YO, but about right for 5-7 YOs. It explains he didn’t want to just work and learn in books, he wanted to be out in the world viewing animals in their habitat.

It's giftable. As a child, he spent hours in the science library, collating his own specimens and creating a mini animal museum. This is another in the series of biographies for children aged four to eight years old, this picture book inspires children. This book tells the story of a noted naturalist, Sir David Attenborough in a way that is easy for a child to understand and become engaged.
