Highly recommended for parents who’re interested to know what’s actually happening in their teen’s brain. Fascinating scientific facts about teenagers’ thoughts & behaviour, “storm & stress”, scenario based interesting explanations - really easy read. One of my GP colleagues who’s also working in an excellent youth service in East London recommended this book to me.
