Warnings
For external use only.
Massage gently and leave to dry.
Adults and children over 2 years of age should apply a thin layer 2-3 times a day.
Infants and elderly should dilute with a few drops of freshly boiled and cooled water before use as above.
Keep out of reach of children.

I would recommend this to anyone with Psoriasis. There are 100 mls only and the amount that covers a little mail is about a 1 ml, so there could be say 30 days use.

I now only use it twice a day. I have used this on the quite extensive psoriasis on my right hand and it has improved it by 90+% The cracking has gone, along with the pain and I barely notice it when I use a moisturizer. I've been using this for a month now, the results are amazing. I have tried every steroid cream known to man.
