See pictures for comparison of old bulb vs new. So much so that you can avoid using the high beams if you drive carefully.

They are currently paired with a highstreet branded sidelight bulb with a blueish tint to it, but non led (didn't fancy a canbus programming exercise. Hopefully, this one will last longer.

Not only highly recommended. Hopefully they last longer than all the updated bulbs only seem to last several months. However they are a definite improvement to standard halogens. The light produced seems to be much more towards the blue/white than the original yellow/white colouration.

Yes they are better, brighter, whiter but up to 200% is a long stretch. The bulbs were almost impossible to remove from their very smart looking package and I had to resort to using cutters to prise them from their plastic holders which took a few minutes to complete taking care not to touch or damage the glass, not an easy or pleasant experience.

The only downside I came across was trying to open the box the lights come in and remove the bulb from said box. Longevity, time will prove itself, but happy so far.

Good beam pattern and reaches a good way in front of the car. I replaced the bulbs and the difference is day and night. It's my second light purchase.
