To sum up for the price these are quite good ear buds and fully worthy of 4 solid stars. Do however buy a magnifying glass if you get these to read the instructions. The media could not be loaded.

You can only set up 3 extra responses (as well as pause/play) because the left and right controls aren't independent, they do the same thing. I think with uncompressed . Paired to my watch, phone and TV with no problems. It has a button for pairing and light on the front.

They carry dual dynamic coaxial drivers at 6mm and 10mm which deliver strong and well defined audio, even at high volume. Being honest I felt these were punchier on some rock tracks that the Air pods with a notably better bottom end range and a sparkly high end. The app you can download on your phone is very good and shows battery status of the pods and the box and allows you to set different modes as well.

The earbuds have a wide sound stage and reasonable bass response from the dual drivers. Switching Noise cancellation on and off did not make much difference to the sound of the rowing machine whilst I was exercising. Using the Edifier Connect app gives you three options, Classic, dynamic and customised.

Personally I don't really care about this. The only downside of these earbuds is that their noise cancellation is not particularly effective. The buttons used to control it are actual buttons you have to press in and not soft buttons.

I don't normally listen to music, so can not comment on the base or treble, but for my audiobooks they are perfect. They allow me to become engrossed in my books without background noise. The charging box is very nice, good quality and easy to hold.
