The story become very predictable after a point. I really loved Twisted Love, and before I carried on with that series. It was so fun getting to hear and experience little snippets of Christian and Stella, and to understand what was going on in the background when we had previously encountered Vivian and Dante. The gradual progression of their relationship, punctuated by moments of banter, was a highlight of the narrative.

Dante freaking Russo! Enter Dante Russo, a wealthy CEO who lives and breathes his work, never envisioning himself with a wife. Now, King of Wrath, this was a rollercoaster. Great book - definitely one to by if you enjoyed the Twisted series!

While Vivian's loyalty to her family could sometimes be frustrating, it also showcased her character and loyalty. As for the chemistry between the characters… I don’t think I can put it into words. Besides, one of my main issues with grumpy MMCs is the fact that they are very one dimensional and often not just rude for no reason, but bad people in general. However, Vivian was absolutely brilliant.
