Overall this is great but perhaps a little overpriced when other derma rollers will do the same thing. This roller is great add on to my hair care routine. My scalp is in better condition and less hair falling. I've used a scalp roller for some time (3/4 times a week for 10 mins or so), and believe it has improved / maintained the quality of my hair in combination with topical products.

This is a well made roller and not a cheap product. It has tiny needles but it doesnt hurt at all. Too early to see any effect but I can feel it on my head afterwards and works really well with applying product too.
