WELL not this one maybe becuase its vegan and that's what I love about it. Very rich color, liner is not necessary but I did use one.

It’s a balanced, vibrant-but-deep blood red. This is the least drying and most lightweight matte liquid lipstick I’ve tried. I gonna have to get more colors. Thanks TLB

The longevity is excellent, and I’ve not observed any significant bleeding so far. I get compliments all time regarding my lipstick. No need for touch-ups. As a flight attendant, sometimes I’m flying up to 12-14 hours and this lip lasts all day!
