It is written from a number of points of view. I did NOT see that ending coming! If you love a clever thriller full of suspense and shocking twists, then you will love this book.

Bloody brilliant! I am in awe of the author’s talent and her ability to weave such a tangled web of inextricably linked characters and plot lines in this enthralling mystery.

It is one of those books which made me feel on edge (in a good way) whilst I was reading it and played on my mind when I wasn’t. The young, beautiful, and successful (in their own rights) bride and groom seem like the perfect couple who have it all.

But this surprised me. This is an unusual book. I loved the suspense and the build up of characters. The guests are unable to escape each other or the island, and find themselves at the mercy of the increasingly toxic atmosphere and the storm brewing both inside and outside the folly.

Thank you to Harper Audio for an audio copy of The Guest List by Lucy Foley. It was horrifying, absorbing, a complete an utter brain twister! Though not long after the ceremony is concluded and the wedding cake is cut, one of the guests is found dead, seemly not in an accident, which turns the barely held together nuptials into a shock-filled disaster. If you're a Ruth Ware fan, I recommend giving this book a go.
