The comments claiming this is similar to Jack Daniels or Jim beam are simply incorrect, this is not a whiskey flavoured syrup. If you like your whiskey fiery with a flavor of burnt (not toasted) oak then you'll enjoy this.

It's closer to bulleit bourbon if it was served over charred oak briquettes. The vanilla and ripe banana flavours come though well and you can subdue the overpowering burnt taste with a couple of cubes of ice.
