These tablets come with two separate ones - the iron and the B vitamins. I haven't had any side affects with the B or the Iron. The B vitamin is disgusting though, it tastes like rotten eggs.

In the meantime - it's definitely a good idea to have the two tablets in one pack, iron is so vital (just be careful not to overdo it, this should provide you with everything that you need other than what you get through healthy eating). Great supplement, and good value pack. I'm an early riser with a busy day and I found, after a few days, these did seem to help with general tiredness and alertness. The iron didn't cause constipation in this case.

I note that with this formulation they have changed the strength of the iron supplement - my previous packets have all been 14mg, which is the recommended daily amount, this version is 17mg which is 121% of the RDA. .

They’re easy to take. The iron capsules smell vaguely vinegary but don't have much of a taste and are easy to swallow.

It's a bit tricky to write a comprehensive review for something like this which really needs a few months to feel the full effect, but I will come back to this and add more details when I can. As I say I will add to this in a few weeks.

Since taking these i have so much energy. Two days in i was up a ladder taking all my curtains down and washing all my windows. But the pills are quite small enough and so they are easy to swallow. Huge packaging!
I imagine that if you did struggle with the iron, you can take the vitaminB on its own. I prefer these to other iron tablets I’ve taken in the past, I usually experience bad stomach cramping but I’ve had no problems at all.
