I do frequently seal the meat before I pop it in, which isn’t a step on most of the recipes I’ve tried-it’s just my preference. I do have a pressure cooker with a slow cooker function so it might have been that reason too. That said if I’m short on time I don’t bother!

The world has gone air fryer crazy but I’m a slow cooker gal & love the ease of the recipes I’ve tried so far. Slow cooking just works! You won't be disappointed, if I could give it more stars I would 10/10
