My first priority was safety. It also works well on the breast! I couldn't wait to use it. I used coconut oil around the rim and it worked really well.

Despite the bad reviews of it not pumping and the pump bulb not re inflating. We did start out slowly because I don't want to do any damage. lol)The little pumps where more pleasant then the big pump.

After the second pump, we tried the release button, worked great. The best way I can say a good measurement would be is by looking at the pic I put up of me holding it and compare my hand to the size of cup. I recommend shaving completely as it will suction better. It's about a 6x3 or 4 inch cup.

First and foremost I would like to say this pump has some suction. Right out of the box it is ready to use and suctions so well! (It's not a blood pressure cuff. if I could post a video in action I would.
