That’s what I would have gone with, anyway. For fans of #TheWorldBetweenBlinks and #TheGrandestBookshopInTheWorld and #WednesdayWeeks - this one has the historical adventure and the riddles/gameplay you love. com #MediaConvergenceID: the book cover features large red letters saying, ‘Wonderscape’, and a silhouette of three kids looking out at several ‘realms’. You all know I love a bit of incidental history, and #Wonderscape does this in such a fun way.

Will the friends be the heroes the Wonderscape really needs? Along the way, they realise that the historical characters are under threat too. A big thank you to @bookishbron for the recommendation!
He particularly enjoyed the Realm Adventures - they were fun to read and he regularly gave me updates about the historical worlds they were in so ticked some educational boxes for me too! Arthur, Ren and Cecily get sucked hundreds of years forward into an in-reality (as opposed to virtual reality) adventure game called Wonderscape. Book two (called Legendarium) is released in a few months, and I am keen! The book is placed on a Trivial Pursuit board, with several pie-pieces and a dice scattered around it.
