I'm talking about purely operating noises). Seatools indicated the drives had no hours on them. The hard-drives all arrived anti-static bagged, bubble wrapped, and boxed individually. Google "Backblaze Hard Drive Stats" if you are interested in real drive reliability stats.

Have rated them 5-Star & hope it will remain that way, do not want revisit my rating due to HDD longevity issues that some folks have reported. Now since this isn't the Barracuda line, the drive will operate a little louder. So before opening the anti-static packaging, you can go on Seagate's website and enter the S/N to see if there is a warranty on it.
