Tick-twirling tightening method (seems to be called the Boa method). If so, I decided to buy spikeless, which is popular recently. One leg is 324 g for Mizuno and 436 g for Puma.

Occasionally, reviews indicate that “the shoelace method loosens during a round,” but I'll tell you how to never loosen shoelaces. The design is also good. Will the amount of resin in the sole be higher if it is spikeless? The spikes on the back were cut to shreds in several places, so if you try to replace only the spikes, they say you can't remove them without a unique spike wrench.
First, tie a bow as usual. The selection criteria are as follows. ① Shoelace method ② Spikeless ③ Wide/instep height The actual length of the foot is 272 mm, so I bought 28 cm.
I've worn Mizuno spike shoes for a few years. After that, tie the waffle-shaped strings together in a bun and it's done. It's not light, but it doesn't feel heavy. Best golf trainers on the market, a must buy for all seasons of golf as they are comfortable and completely waterproof, definitely expensive but you get what you pay for as they are a quality item for all golfers
