There are pictures for about 6 recipes and I don’t think that there has to be a pic for every single recipe. It has a lot of classics but it has even more things that are a little exotic. The photos are lovely and a lot of work was put into this book! It’s a perfect soup starter cookbook.
People who say, ‘you can find these recipes online’, are kind of missing the purpose of a recipe book. The book is thick and quite attractive. The recipes are all well described for what the final product should taste like and what it goes well with for meal planning.
Things that I’ve had in a lot of restaurants but have never made myself. Some recipes you’ll have to go shopping for, others you can make out if your fridge.
