I’m not an in-box collector so it’s not the biggest deal for me, however, it does kind of seem like the doll has been messed with which I find weird. Worth mentioning that the hair of the dolls is heat resistant so it will be well to lure the hair or flatten it with heat.

However part of the stand was missing. When I opened the package, the plastic of the box was already cracked (first photo). I didn't dare take off the hat, because it is strongly attached to the head, and I fear to damage her hair.

Only, the sleeves of the jackets are slightly short. It's impossible to separate the accessories without destroying the box, which is very sad, considering the box is beautiful by itself. (I used a little bit of dish soap mixed with a few drops of lavender oil to make her hair smell good and I used scissors to cut of some of the super long strands of hair that got pulled out slightly by the comb).

But, yikes, whatever got on the box was gross. Much cheaper than retail too.
