Or perhaps would be nice for the price it could come with a spare bottle of the solution in the packaging. My 3yo is obsessed with pink and bubbles, so she loved this!

You need a screwdriver to fit the 3 AA batteries not supplied. Overall a good summer toy, very unusual and nice to see a pink one as these things are nearly always blue or green. It’s easy enough for my 3yo to operate and wasn’t heavy to hold either. My daughter is 5 and this is a two handed hold for her.

The packaging is good and you get a bottle of bubble solution with it. If buying as a gift is probably a larger bottle of the bubble solution you can buy at most places because the bottle that doesn’t come with the gun doesn’t last long, especially if like my little one they love bubbles.

The unicorns face isn’t very detailed, but that’s just my adult opinion and the age it’s intended for I don’t think would think this. You need batteries to operate it and with need a small Phillips screwdriver to remove the battery compartment lid.

You get a good flow of continuous bubbles, and plenty of them ie. We have a large bottle we use with other toys so I will just top this up with that. When the bubble solution has nearly run out you have to shake the gun a little for the liquid to reach the tube inside. This is surprisingly large.
