There’s are a range of sizes and shapes where u can choose the one that suit best to your needs at the moment , a kitchen scissors ( we are using it for dividing a hole chicken or turkey ) and an organizer where u can keep the knives in order -top quality also made of a sturdy wood. Only niggle is the slight chip/scratch on the bread knife which when paying this price you don't expect.
