Much better than one of those chunky flight pillows which take up tons of space and then I'm always falling forward and jerking awake! S. Also, you need to adjust the straps so you don't feel too tightly restrained. I placed the sleeper over my eyes and dozed off before takeoff.

It works as advertised. I thought this would be awkward but it actually wasn’t. So I would definitely recommend it, but just be prepared to be patient and mess with it a bit.

I tried this on my last 4 flights, and I'm now a fan. The photo was just a test to try it out but the material on both sides is soft and the strap is adjustable (for different size heads and how tight/loose you want your head to be secured). So, after some adjustments and trying different things, I finally got it exactly right and it really helped me sleep!
