I usually use it for cooling, but I’ve also used it several times to warm myself up. I didn’t know what else to do besides hormone replacement. Miracles do happen.

Just hope it continues to do what it does unlike the prescription meds she was on that stopped helping after a couple months. It actually helps me significantly and I feel like I can again regulate my temperature… even if I do so by pushing a button.

If you are suffering from hot flashes at least give it a try! I will acknowledge that the price was a bit high, but it honestly is completely worth it in my eyes because I haven’t passed out at work from the heat. I allowed my ex-husband to try it and he’s now considering the fact that he was just could’ve been wrong. When I feel one coming in I tap the buttons and it helps stop them in their track.
