Please note: I have been using Amazon for 12 years, and never once left a review. That's how important this book is to me.
For reasons that aren't fully known to me (yet! ), I slipped into a completley negative thought cycle, and became crippled with depression (really struggled to get out of bed). once you consciosuly know something is lethal for you (sugar / negative thought patterns), you can catch yourself and consciously not engage in that activity! I have been very fortunate enough to have never suffered with these, until last year.
However, I continued to make a lot of (positive) life changes, removed some negative Nancy's from my life, and ironically listened to my Mum's advice to read this book! Today that has changed. and this little yellow book needs to take some credit too.
The book describes this process as the same as someone who becomes aware they have diabetes. . I promise it will change your life for the better!
