This one is completely different. This is a fantastic cook book! My wife bought me a copy of this and the first book for my birthday as a random choice.

Delicious meals for the whole family including baked gnocchi with ham hock and peas, chicken, leek and chorizo pie and delicious desserts including a cherry clafoutis (all pictured in review). mmmm 😋 Super recommended, and super lazy. If you only buy one cookbook in your life make it this one.

If I had to buy just one it wouldProbably be this one as the recipes take less time to cook. The book is broken down into chapters of work night dinners, family favourites, lunches you can make ahead of time, date night, feeding a crowd of people, weekend cooking and sweet treats. Clean up is minimal too, with only one pan to go at. I am a sucker for a good cookbook.

There’s soooo many recipes I love in this book. So far I have cooked 29 of the recipes with none of the end results scoring lower than 7/10 from my family and most of the end results even look like the photos in the book. The dishes generally do take about 30 minutes (sometimes a bit longer doing veg prep if like me, you are not very fast at that) and have great visual impact when placed on the table.

I wish I had take more photos of the meals I have made from this book! The salmon dish on the cover is a regular creation as is the one with the chipolata sausages and the cauliflower and kale bake.
