It also came with A wooden base with a light installed and a decent sized cord to run into the wall. A platic and glass like plaque that had protected removable plastic covering the glass. The media could not be loaded.

Thought this played musicYou have to hook up to your phone on Spotify! had scratches on it but was overall cute. Sent a new acrylic frame in a bubble wrap envelope. Merry Christmas and a Happy New year!

Thank you all for your time and glad to respond with my feedback. There was our picture perfectly printed and set ( a little small but it didn’t matter to me). Product arrived as described but corner was cracked I messaged the seller and will update my review if the problem is resolved.

You can request this base like figure to go with the plaque it does not come automatically. I Ordered this on December 8th of 2021 hoping to get it in as a Christmas gift to my girlfriend and it came on December 16th right when it said it would!

I think this is a great gift for loved ones and 100% recommend you get one! When I got mine I was a shocked that it looked scratched and dull.

loved it. It may take a while for the custom effects to be made but as soon as it’s done it will deliver in about 24 hours! so did the person who received it. I do note remember to take off the plastic wrapping!
