The sides do collapse a little if there's nothing in the middle, but so far nothing has fallen out. It keeps all the bathroom items together in one easy to reach place and you and you can easily see what you are looking for. The shower caddy fits my hairspray, tissues, body scrub, and multiple other things.

I ordered this mesh shower caddy for college, and I just want to say that it is the best product to use when you need to carry multiple items while taking a shower. Feels like it will hold up and the bottom is recycled plastic fabric - similar to a reusable shopping bag, so it should dry quickly.
