It's also worth mentioning that this set is fully compatible with previous or upcoming Thomas & Friends sets. I can’t wait to give mine to my excited grandson who will love it, I’m sure his baby sister will enjoy playing with it too when she’s 3 and over. My grandson is mad about Thomas The Tank Engine just as his Daddy was at his age, I’ve already got him 2 Fisher-Price Thomas & Friends Train Sets so I was excited to see this lovely Knapford Station that will make a lovely addition to his ever growing railway. It also promotes creative thinking as there are numerous ways this set can be set-up thanks the removable track.

It's the perfect gift for kids, it's easy to assemble and contains everything you need to keep your kid entertained for hours. This is one of the easier sets to assemble and is good quality. Have to have a train station some where in the mix. The plastic pieces themselves are very durable and tend to bend/deform rather than snap or break when pressured.
Happily the plastics used are BPA free and don't contain any harmful chemicals. Most of the pieces are large and not easy to be swallowed, however keep an eye of your children just in case.
