It's easy to use and just needs to be plugged into any USB port on a computer or notebook simple. All Purchases are covered by our 1-year product guarantee. The two white chargers are compatible with all the Lelo Vibrators, except the Lelo Smart Wand. If anything goes wrong with your product, we’ll replace if for up to a year after purchase.

The cable itself was exactly as pictured, although it's a little shorter than expected, but it has done a good job none the less. ?
After a few short hours Lilo was fully charged and raring to go! I couldn't have been more happy. On plugging the cable into my cute little Lilo vibrator I was so happy to see it light up, having lain dormant for several weeks when the old cable got lost (I have no idea how).
. It could not have happened without this amazing charger!

The packaging was standard and discreet to save the postman's blushes, which I thought was very professional of you. The cable arrived promptly and intact. Umm, ok.
